Steps
The colour behind every page comes from the Flamingo Theme the wiki uses, and one variable of that theme controls it.
- Customize the Flamingo Theme in Use.
- Select "Base colors" in the list of categories, then set @body-bg to the colour you want.

- Click "Save & View".
- Every page of the wiki now shows the new colour around its content, as follows:

FAQ
Why is the page content still white?
@body-bg colours the page behind the content. The content area has its own variable, @xwiki-page-content-bg, which is empty by default; set it in the same category to colour that too.
Can I see the colour before saving?
Yes, in the "Preview" panel beside the variables. Tick "Auto refresh", or click "Refresh" after each change.
Which other colours does that category hold?
The text and heading colours, the link colour, and the five @brand-* colours XWiki uses for buttons and messages.
How do I undo the change?
A Flamingo Theme is a wiki page, so restore an earlier version of it from its history.
