Flamingo Themes
Explanation
The Flamingo Theme Application gives a wiki its colours, its fonts and its logo as a Flamingo Theme, a set of variables that any skin built on Flamingo is drawn with. A theme does not build the interface, which is what a skin does, and it does not set the icons, which is an Icon Theme.
The administration's "Themes" section, under "Look & Feel", is where a wiki's theme is chosen, and its field is labelled "Color theme", a name that on its own refers to the older Colibri mechanism Flamingo Themes replaced.
Every change to the way a wiki looks starts by customizing the theme in use. From there, Change the Logo of a Wiki and Change the Background Colour of a Wiki each set one of its variables.
