Explanation

To pin (or unpin) Pages:

1. Administer your wiki or administer the Page.
2. Select "Look & Feel", and then select "Pinned Pages" from the dropdown.

   

3. Click inside the box to open the dropdown, then select a Page from the list to pin. Once a Page is in the box (meaning it's pinned), you can drag & drop the Pages to change the order of the pinned Pages. To unpin a Page, delete it from the pinned Pages list. You can do this using your keyboard (e.g., `Backspace` or `Delete` key).

   

4. Click "Save" to save the new order, or exit the "Pinned Pages" window to cancel the changes.

FAQ

How can I move Pages in the list of Pinned Pages?

Use the `Left` and `Right` arrow keys to navigate, insert, or delete items anywhere in the list of Pinned Pages.

Is pinning only for administrators?

No, users can also pin children Pages from a different UI.

What’s the difference between pinning from “Administer your Wiki” and “Administer the Page”?

From the Wiki Administration you can pin or unpin top-level Pages in the wiki, while from administering the Page you can pin or unpin child Pages of the Page from which you opened the administer Page.
