Steps

To manually control the order of the Pages in the Navigation Panel:

1. Administer your wiki.
2. Select "Look & Feel", and then select "Navigation Panel" from the dropdown.

   

3. Hover over the Page title and click “Pin” (or "Unpin"). You can reorder Pages by dragging & dropping them, or by using the keyboard shortcut Alt + Shift + Up/Down. Pinned Pages are marked with a pin icon displayed on the far right side of the Page title.

   

4. Click "Save" to save the new order, or exit the "Navigation Panel" window to cancel the changes.

FAQ

Why can't I drag and drop some Pages from the Navigation Panel?

This feature works only for top-level Pages. If you’re trying to drag and drop child Pages, it won’t have any effect.
