Explanation
Beyond what any user can do with the wiki's content, an administrator decides how that content is structured and how a reader reaches it.
Page gathers the Page operations that belong to an administrator: administering a single Page, the extra entries of its "More Actions" menu, the keyboard shortcuts reserved to administrators, deleting individual versions from its history, pinning Pages so they come first in the navigation, and everything the Page Index adds: restoring a deleted Page or the whole batch it was deleted with, replacing a Page that has since been recreated, and deleting one permanently.
Content Organization compares the two ways of holding that content, nested Pages inside one wiki or separate Wikis, and is where administering a wiki globally is documented.
