Steps
Setting the skin of a wiki gives every reader the same interface on every page of that wiki, unless a space or a reader's own profile overrides it. Skin Levels explains which setting wins. You need administration rights on the wiki.
- Open the administration of the wiki, as described in Administer Your Wiki.
- Select the "Look & Feel" category, then its "Themes" section:

- Set the "Skin" field to one of the skins the wiki can use:

- Click "Save".
- Check that the "Skin" field holds the skin you chose. Every page of the wiki is displayed with it from now on:

FAQ
What can I type in the "Skin" field?
The field suggests the skin pages that exist in the wiki and displays them under their title, and it takes free text as well, so the directory name of a filesystem or extension skin is typed in directly. Available Skins describes the three kinds of skin and how each one is named.
Which skin does the field hold before I change anything?
XWiki.DefaultSkin, shown under its title "Default XWiki Skin". That is the wiki skin XWiki ships, described in Available Skins.
