Panels Bundled with XWiki
Reference
The default XWiki flavor ships the Panels below, all of them ready to be placed in a column as described in Arrange the Panels in a Column. The "Category" column is the group each one appears under in the "Panel List" tab.
Panels displayed while a page is viewed

Panels displayed while a page is edited
These carry the type edit, so they render only in an editor. Most belong to the object editor or the rights editor and are placed there already.

One further entry, "Panel Name", is the template Create a Panel copies. Leave it where it is rather than placing it in a column.
FAQ
Where did the Space Docs and Spaces Panels go?
They were removed. Use the Child Pages or Sibling Pages Panel in place of Space Docs, and the Navigation Panel in place of Spaces.
Can I change what a bundled Panel shows?
Yes, by editing its "Content", but an upgrade of the extension shipping it overwrites the change. Prefer creating a Panel of your own.
