Steps

The Applications Panel lists every application installed in the wiki, and has its own administration section deciding which of them appear and in which order. It is configured separately from the rest of the Panels.

1. Administer your wiki.
2. Select "Look & Feel", then select "Applications Panel".

   

3. Drag an application from "Applications in the bar" to "Applications not in the bar" to leave it out, or the other way round to bring it back.

   

4. Drag the applications inside "Applications in the bar" to set the order they are listed in.
5. Click "Save".
6. The Applications Panel lists the applications you kept, in the order you set, as follows:

   

FAQ

A newly installed application appeared on its own. Why?

Every application is listed by default, so a new one shows up until you move it to "Applications not in the bar".

Why does the Panel look different in a narrow column?

It adapts to the column width: a small column stacks a larger icon above its label and drops the Panel title, while a medium or large one puts the icon beside the label.

A reader does not see an application I kept. Why?

An entry is skipped for anyone who may not view the page it points at, so the Panel differs from one reader to the next.
