A user refers to anyone navigating the system, whether they have a registered account or are accessing the wiki as a guest. From a technical perspective, users can be categorized into different types:

• Guest Users: Users without a registered account, typically with limited access to certain parts of the wiki.
• Active Users: Registered users who are actively engaging with the system and have full access based on their permissions.
• Inactive Users: Registered users who have not been active for a period of time, often restricted from making changes until reactivated.
• Simple Users: Users who have access to fewer features and UI elements.
• Advanced Users: Users who can access more editors, features, and customization options. You can easily switch between simple and advanced.
• Global Users: A user defined on the main wiki.

Each user who created an account has a user profile where personal details and preferences are stored. A user can: Edit their Profile Information, Edit the Profile Preferences, View other Users' Profiles, etc.
