Repair the Previously Installed Flavor

Steps
The Distribution Wizard asks which user interface was installed previously when the Extension Manager holds no record of it, which happens when upgrading from a version old enough that the wiki Pages were not installed as an extension. The repair is offered in default user interface mode only.
- Answer "Yes, this is an upgrade" to the question the wizard opens on:
- Select the version that was installed previously, or click the pencil icon to enter a version the list does not offer:
- Check the extension id the wizard resolved from that version, and correct it with the pencil icon next to it if it is not the right one.
- Click "Repair" to register the previous user interface:
- The wizard now offers the upgrade of the wiki Pages, as follows:
FAQ
Why does the wizard need to know the previous version?
The Extension Manager merges your own changes into the new wiki Pages by comparing both with the Pages of the previous version, and it has nothing to compare with until that version is known.
How are the other wikis of the farm repaired?
The "Wikis" step repairs each of them the same way, once the main wiki is done.
