Steps
Every change announced by a release is its own page below the release note, as described in Release Notes.
- Open the release note you want to extend.
- Click "Add User Change", "Add Admin Change" or "Add Developer Change", depending on whom the change concerns.

- Enter the change "Title", then pick its "Target Audience" and its "Category".

- Select the change "Importance".

- Write the "Summary", which is the one-line text the release note displays, and optionally a longer "Description".
- Click "Save & View".
- The change is listed in the release note under the section of its audience.

FAQ
Where is the change stored?
In a page named Entry001, Entry002 and so on below the release note; the number is computed for you and never collides with the contributors list.
How do I attach a screenshot or a video to a change?
Attach the file to the change page and put its name in the "Screenshots" field, which accepts a comma-separated list; mp4 and webm files are rendered with a video player instead of as pictures.
Why does the change not appear in the release note?
Its product and version must match the release note's own, since that is what the release note queries on.
