Authentication Manager for Nextcloud's login flow v2

A new Authentication Manager has been implemented for the Nextcloud backend. It relies on version 2 of Nextcloud's login flow.
It offers a low-configuration alternative to the other Authentication Managers, but it might not be usable outside of the Electron client. See the Nextcloud Backend's documentation for more information.
